It’s enough to make your head spin, right? We’ve repeatedly said that we read the news so you don’t have to and this week is no different. We found this incredibly cool interactive map that gives you a glimpse of the nationwide housing situation. All you have to do is mouse-over a metropolitan area and you can view stats for inventory, sales and more! We wish we’d thought of that. Enjoy the tool!

And it’s that time of year again – taxes. Be on the lookout in your mailbox of email inbox for your mortgage interest statements from your lender. Many lenders allow you to download these online – save a stamp and log in!
