Well, we can’t believe how quickly time flies! August already?
The great news is that there’s a ton going on here in the greater Ridgway, Montrose, Ouray and Telluride CO areas, and here’s just a snippet of the latest and greatest in the world of local real estate:

Hey what a great turn out for the first ever co-oped open house between brokerages!!!
The August 2, 2008 tour of Log Hill Village and the Divide Ranch and Club was a success. We had upwards of 40 people out and about looking at all of the great property available on Log Hill. A variety of these homes may be viewed on our website:

Upcoming Tour August 9th, 2008
The properties will include the Town of Ridgway, Vista Terrace, Solar Ranch, Le Ranch, and River Park. It corresponds with the Arts and Crafts Rendezvous held in the Town of Ridgway at Hartwell Park.
A little update from our own Tiffany Spencer:
I went to the annual Sweet Corn Festival on Saturday in Olathe, Colorado with the promise of an endless amount of sweet corn to eat and a fabulous concert followed by an amazing display of fireworks. What I received was a slight case of indigestion followed by an ear assault by none other than Travis Tritt. By the time we walked 2 miles to the gates of the festival there was no corn. The fact that no alcoholic beverages were served made the concert sound as bad as a karaoke night at the White Horse sober. On the bright side, watching Travis Tritt and hanging out with my sister beats a weekend on the couch. If I had paid for the tickets I would have demanded a refund, however my aunt had given us two free passes. If I hadn’t lost my cell phone I could almost say I had a swell time….almost.
